Yeah, whatever happened with this? I was just thinking about this the other day as I was following (from a distance, in another lane) a cement truck on the highway that seemed to be dripping cement out the back spout thing.

Ok, update. I got a settlement from my insurance company for a complete repaint and replace of all plastic pieces $$$. The insurance company is going to work on the state so well see what the final verdict is. Tried to pressure wash it and in order to get the cement off, it completely blew the clear coat off. So maybe I'll blow the rest off the hood and fenders and such and get it recoated and replace some parts. Either that or drive around with messed up paint and stained plastic. I think the grill, windsheild and headlights absolutely have to be replaced. Maybe I'll get a fancy bumper too.

Anyway long story short the truck will most likely look like crap for the rest of its life but I was compensated so don't care (1996). Good part is it still says Cummins on the motor and will do everything its supposed to.

Watch concrete trucks on hills too. There isn't really anything to keep the concrete from spilling out the back. I've built on steep roads where the mixer had to back all the way up the road to keep the concrete in the truck. The same neighborhood had piles in the road at the approach to several steep hills, hopefully no cars were right behind when it happened.
