I haven't wheeled it but I agree with Mark and I trust those that are building, lots of experience there.

I have also read comments on a DG here at the office that someone in a stock rubican(I assume this person didn't want any damage) turned around after 50 yards at "the new reiter" due to the fact that the trails were set up for EXTREME ROCK CRAWLING.:D They didn't want any part of that.:redneck:

There's something about man made obstacles that just doesn't do it for me. I'm in no way bashing or saying it's too hard/easy or anything like that. The people who are putting in the work are doing a great job.

Reiter is probably over 2 hours each way. There are local places a lot closer. So no, it is not worth the drive to me.

I have not taken a rig out there yet, since mine is still in pieces... hush Kev!!

but, both times that I have made the trek out there, and the one time I have been able to grab an empty seat (thx Kev) and ride the trails... I had a blast!!

It is about a 2 hour or so drive for me to get up there... But I enjoyed it...

Yes, it is worth the drive. One hour 45 minutes.

Roughly 2 hrs for me, but hell yes...good time! G11 is kick ass!!!

It's definitely worth the drive, good challenges and it is only going to get better!

It probably is worth the drive, it's not my cup of tea though. Every time I'm out there I don't feel like I'm out in the woods.....and that's half the reason I wheel. The trails are well designed but they also feel designed. I just don't get the same feelings in Reiter as I do at Walker or Elbe...

No disrespect to Scott or anybody the fearless volunteers. They have turned Reiter from a bear tragedy to the future. For that you all have my thanks. :awesomework:

Sunday was my first trip up to Reiter to go wheeling since it reopened (been biking a few times already) and I have to say it was a great time. You can easily make a 1/2 day or better out of it. Can't wait for some more trail to be built.

Next time I'm going to trailer the rig and spend the day.
