That's a Lawrimore Car Hauler Special. I had one just like that, good trailer.

It would be pretty easy to add that to any carhauler though, all it is is 12"x1" C channel turned flat and welded down the sides and for fenders.

It's nice being able to walk all the way around your rig on the trailer.
