You peoples' heartless flaunting of your ability to go outside and enjoy the sun which I know is out there but cannot see "burns" my psyche like a nine billion watt laser of hate. I get the impression they're getting serious about finding whoever is doing it. We had black helicopters flying around and everything (of course I thought of Jim:D ). With all the wasted wages and response costs, it's probably close to $1 million every time it happens so if they ever catch the guy I don't think they'll be lenient.
