That is SO similar in many ways to the GoPro it is crazy.... The latch on the case, the industrial design, the pivot/mount. I wouldn't hesitate to say that it is probably a licensed product (paying go pro for royalties/etc).

I bought one of these little guys, has a ton of mounts, it's 1080p, it's called an SJ1000. About $80 on EBay. battery last about an hour, has a view screen. Great quality for the price.
