Sold/Expired kids wooden boat playset (the ark) (sold)

this a playset we bought the grandboys about a year ago they cost about 4000 new would like to get $1500.00 and will deliver for that if within about 60 mile radius.
it does have a swing set on the other side its a cool ass boat.
