Unless you plan on it being a show rig (not driven) or investing ooodles of money, you can't.
The front end (assuming it's 4x4) isn't designed to turn that much tire and will break. The fender openings probably can't fit a tire that large -and still turn- so will need extensive body work to still look decent. The gearing of the 'econo' tuned powertrain won't want to turn that big tire, especially down the freeway, and will need major mods.... Just for starters
