Those Guys Rod and Customs(360-731-1582 ask for pat) S&N Fab will also have everything you need, but are a bit farther away from you.

If you need something odball enuf I can machine whatever you like for weld in bungs.

I just bought my bungs from McMaster Carr for 6.16 each. They are FK Chromoly for the tube size you are talking about. Part number from FK is 2808 and from McMaster 94640 A365. They call them "Tube End Weld Nut" and they have a bunch of sizes.
