I have a small apartment attached to the detached shop at my place near Star Lake, West Hill Auburn. It's roughly 300sq/ft-ish, studio apartment basically. It is one room and a bathroom. Room for good size bed, desk, etc. Kitchen, fridge, bathroom, shower. No laundry facilities. Possibility of trailer/RV parking could be an option. We JUST fully remodeled with new flooring, paint, lights, etc.
Would much prefer to rent this to someone I KNOW, or a friend of a friend type deal rather than just advertise to the public on CL.
