I've found that when you burn the ever living snot out of your pancakes, it doesn't matter how much mold is in the mix. Hence, not a concern for me.

Another thing to watch out for is anything with cornmeal in it. With all the hybrid corn/cotton getting around, people are getting extreme food allergies they never had before!
