go get receipts from a local shop for a set of flares and flaps just to save your self the ticket then that gives you time to fix it

you mean take the receipt into the courthouse to show I bought them? From what i was told i am physically going to have to show them.

The ticket says operating without mud flaps OR fender flares...do you think that means I need one or the other or both???

If you show you are working on fixing it they will throw it out reciepts are the best way to go. they arent going to inspect your truck. however if you get pulled over later down the road for the same thing they would prob want to see truck then but not on first offence
