I got hooked after getting a Nylint back in Dec 05.
Fun to bash but was too limiting.

Took a couple of months of researching and collecting parts.

Finally took it out for its offical shake down run today.

Looks great. Let me guess the NN chassis?

Thanks dude.
Yup its an NN chassis.
I'm replacing the alum side plates with the new carbon fiber plates Kevin is selling at The Crawler Store. I should be seeing it today and I'll post when it is installed.

Here are the specs and a link to my web page dedicated to my build up. Its still under construction. I just dumped all my pics in it and will be doing a write on my build rccrawler

Specs

NN Crawler Chassis

DAMN Mike! No wonder you haven't been seen in months....:D

Nah! Work and home life has been keeping my weekends busy. I hope to be free by next month.
I also quit smoking so building my crawlers keep hands and mind busy.

Got done rebuilding the crawler last night.

Went out Sunday after working all morning. Returned to Des Moines Beach for a second day shake down run.
My nephew tagged along and took control of the radio while I ran vids.
I let him run it all day with the intention on seeing what we could break.

Results weren't too bad.
JB Weld didn't hold up well after binding the rear in the rocks all day. Found the crawler has a good drop ratio from 3 to 5 feet. hehe
The body is beat to **** but thats what I had intended to do with this crawler.

Upgraded parts installed;
alum locker
CFNN side plates
