need a 2" or 3" body lift for cheep

I just got done looking for a 2 or 3" body lift for my 04' ext cab 4.0L ext 4x4 ford ranger and i cant seem to find anything around the 115$ range. I know last time i looked thier where some in that price range, any ideas guys?
