Need a little help: Parking brake cables on CJ5 w/ caddy brakes

Have a customer's project CJ5 in here, he inherited it as it sits. Has SOMEONE'S disk brake conversion on the rear using Eldorado style calipers with the integrated parking brake. I know this system sucks, but it's what he's got and wants it hooked up. I'm having a helluva time finding a parking brake cable that I can make work with this setup. Any ideas? '76 CJ5.

1985 to 1991 Subaru wagon. They came on the front, but should be just the right length for the rear of a CJ. Same basic kind of keeper.
Rock auto has them I believe. If not them, then NAPA.
