The term "sticky" is all relative as to how soft the compound. You burn them all long enough on rocks the get sticky.

Sticky is rubber compound. Doesn't relate to tire construction / carcass.

BFG Red Labels, Goodyear Kevlars are sticky radials.
Maxxis Treps, Creepy Crawlers are sticky bias ply.
