Whats different about mine? This is the first thread i have done.

You actually posted progress and not just a bunch of hypothetical ideas and a pile of parts...

If you want to see how NOT to start a build thread, reference my trail buggy build...

Well maybe i can post some more after the weekend. I broke down and ordered my own bender and notcher. Notcher will be here friday, dont know about bender yet. If not, I have plenty of nit-pick stuff to work on.

Still no motor yet. here's some things i did over the weekend in my down time. Thought it would be cool to have winch behind grill and under hood out of exposure.

You might some some potential overheating issues with that set-up, while it looks pimp as **** most V8 swapped jeeps I've seen and the one i've owned all have issues running really hot when you start to get on them.

Ahh man ! I was excited when I started reading page 1.. Figured page 3 would be a **** ton of progress made. Dang. Hope you get started again. You def have some serious skills. Would be nice to see the steps u take to get er done! Just do it!! This is way to nice to let the dust settle on! Well I'm bummed now , guess I'll go cut grass. :'(

Well, Im thinking of selling project as much as I hate to. If anyone is interested you can call or text. Lots of parts to go with it, too many to type. Here is the most recent pic I have. It is a rolling chassis now, power train needs to be fitted followed by coilovers, then roll cage, and dissassbly for paint. I figure its worth at least $14000 given the parts list.

Main Parts on Hand

Engine: Calculated 500 plus HP at 7600 rpm
Atlas 2 speed for powerglide 3:1
aluminum rad
polytank
two coilovers
43 tsx's on allied beadlocks (two rides only)

Im sure ive forgotten some things, but im sure the build article can answer some questions also. 662213 zero six one eight
