Took a drive up in the snow today with my room mate in his all stock, even 6 volt 2A, and our friend Jason with a 98 TJ Sport with a single Detroit in the rear and 33x10.50's. Pretty much had no plans except just point the Jeeps down a snowy road and drive! Heres some pics, we were on Tinkam road.

Yeah I was a really fun trip, snow wheeling is great as long as you have the right equipment!!!!! We were almost just trying to get stuck for the heck of it and to see just how far our rigs could go. Plus we were making the plans as we went so there was no rush to get anywhere, just enjoying the drive! Oddly enough, the Willys was the only vehicle not to get stuck, those things just go! The picture with the strap on it was because he was yanking out a TJ.

Scott, yeah let me know when ya want to go!

seafarinman, yeah thanks for the ruts to follow, there was about 8 inches of powder in them so traction was great! I busted the trail probably another 100 feet, then decided to give my poor 4 cyl. a break.

We tried to run the Denny creek road afterward, but the snowbank placed in the middle of the road made it look like they wanted vehicles out. Plus the place was over run with yuppies in their snow shoes and whatnot, I have never seen so many subaru outbacks and RAV4's in one location!

Yeah I got a hundred yards past where the guy that was breaking trail in his Tacoma got. He was building up a wall of snow in front of his bumper. So, I tried and ended up doing the same thing. Got kinda steep up there and I had no more traction. I think that I have had my fill of snow wheeling until I get back from the sandbox.
