I've had this for a while now, but really only messed with it for 3-6 months. It was originally yellow, but I scuffed it and painted it to match my other vehicles with a dark shadow gray. The boat will come as pictured minus a Rx. Add your Rx and she's ready to go! Here's a list of other upgrades/changes:

Upgraded to flex shaft for impeller
Upgraded to Seaking 3900kv brushless water cooled motor
Upgraded to Seaking 90A water cooled ESC
Swapped out factory steering servo for stronger version...believe it was a Hitec
Added roll cage from SicRC.com
Added metal grate to water intake from SicRC.com
Shaved and molded water intake for smoother flow
Added weatherstripping and poly lid to hull opening for better waterproofing
Added gauges and stereo to dash
Comes with spare parts!!! There's 1 impeller, the factory impeller and shaft, 2 new couplers with allen screws from SicRC, and 1 new bulkhead fitting.
I'm sure I'm missing something, but the pictures should help...
I kept the Rx wrapped up inside two balloons...never had an issue like this.
It will come with these three batteries. The top 2 are in great condition and the CKRC pack isn't holding charges as long, but still works for testing on the bench.
There's 1 impeller, the factory impeller and shaft, 2 new couplers with allen screws from SicRC, and 1 new bulkhead fitting.
