So do the screws go in from the back and just push against the back of th egauge panel to keep the gauges tight?? I drilled holes already but I can cut a new gauge panel if I need to. There are also nuts included with the gauges but no instructions!!

Nail, hammer, hammer, nail. :flipoff: Nuts are probably for locking the bolts in place, like doublenutting.

Okay but how do you keep the gauges in the panel & tighten them down?

There should be U-shaped brackets that slip over the studs and hold the gauge in place.
