Anyone on here familiar with the good and bad areas north of Atlanta in Cherokee and Cobb Co?

I'm looking to open up some temporary consumer retail fireworks outlets (tents) in these Counties this summer so I'd like to know the areas to stay away from.

Thanks for any advice you can provide. thumb.gif

Nah not really. There's some parts of Cobb that Spanish and/or Ebonics would be a must but for the most part those are good areas.. Gotta watch Neal.. His idea of heaven is "midtown". Rainbow flags and leather chaps and ****... IMO ;D

I live in north east cobb and its perfectly fine and safe here.

Only trouble Ive heard of lately is a rash of minority business owners being followed home and robbed.. whoevers doing it figures these folks are keeping cash at home and not depositing it. A Dryclearner owner the neighborhood over from me was ziptied and got a pop with a baseball bat a couple weeks ago... and apparently hes not the first in the last couple months.

Hmm thanks for the info. This is the exact kind of scenario that we worry about. Often times we hire off duty police officers during the busiest days to monitor the customers and escort our managers to the bank to make deposits. I guess we'll just stay out of the southern part of Cobb.
