I have jobs in Gallatin, Knoxville and chattanooga, and between. Need excavator operator that can dig around utilities and not tear up stuff. I need a pipeline foreman in the Knoxville area. Operators start at 18.50 and foremen start at whatever. I keep a lot of work and don't lay off in the winter. I lay water and sewer and a lot is relocation on TDOT projects.
