Mark, you find a bike yet? Im thinking about selling mine some time soon to upgrade. I have a CRF450x, plated, with 2 sets of tires and wheels. Lots of extras. Bike is dialed and ready to rip. Let me know.

you are missing quite a few things to make that bike street legal.

Thats a lot more bike than I need. I'm looking for something cheap as it won't get alot of use.

(f) A mirror on both the left and right handlebar meeting the requirements of RCW 46.37.530;
(i) Tires meeting the requirements of RCW 46.37.420 and 46.37.425;

(j) Turn signals meeting the requirements of RCW 46.37.200; and

(k) Fenders adequate for minimizing the spray or splash of water, rocks, or mud from the roadway. Fenders must be as wide as the tires behind which they are mounted and extend downward at least half way to the center of the axle.

and i do not see a horn which may be hidden or brake light switch on front and rear. or reflectors.

The other mirror was not on for that pic, I have 2 sets of tires like I said. The other set is a set of 17" rims with pro pilots with a 45t sprocket on it. I swap my 13T front with a 15T when I swap tires with my street chain and life is good with the 5 speed. It has front and rear mounted left and right LED turn signals. As for the fenders, they are factory unmodified just like every other plated dirt bike I have ever seen.

You must not have seen the bike in post above yours.

To pass a legit coversion inspection more than stock fenders are often required. Once you get a plate, then you don't need them to be street legal.

you actually do need them but the odds of getting pulled over are slim to none.

Thanks.

I stand corrected.
Since the registration does indicate that the bike was modified for street use getting cited for RCW46.61.705 noncompliance is still possible, but as you said very unlikely.
