not gonna part out, every thing goes except winch, since I bought the jeep, I put the seats, harnesses, front 60, full hydro steering, wheels, tires, tera-low, new clutch, cv drive shaft, yokes, different front springs, stretched it, out boarded rear shocks, diff covers, optima battery, fuel cell, Cromoloy rear shafts. I would part with it for 7K without tires wheels and winch. I have 4K in the front axle and steering alone.
