Sold/Expired Poor boy rock hopper chassis

I'm putting up my juggy for sale. It's solid and is still setup for a sbc, comes with radiator, Taurus fan, and all the mounts.
A few people on this site know this buggy and know what it can do.

1994 Jeep yj title in hand
Tubing is dom 1.75 x .120
120" wheelbase
14 bolt with only 410s and limited slip
Front and rear 4 link 3/4 heims upper and 7/8 on lower with 2" x 250 dom lower link and 1.50 x 250 dom upper link
Suspension seats with harness
Removable steering wheel
Marine radio
Set up for coilovers 14 on the front and 16s on the rear
The bad is it has two heims that are getting loose on the rear lowers, and the 14 bolt is slightly tweaked. Axles still move freely

I see that the odometer shows 150,000 miles. Is the mileage accurate? And are they mostly highway miles?

That's the right miles only driven on Sunday's by a old lady, and never seen rain.
