I thank i had about 8 or 9 hours in cleaning up my housing. I used a grinder and 6" cut off wheels. Then ground it all smooth and painted it for ****s and giggles. It was a ***** really.

We removed the blade/push arms, ripper and rops and load it onto a lowboy and roll out to the next jobsite.

If I remember correctly it was a 1300 gallon fuel cell for an 8 hour work day at full load and the had 20 running at once.

Yea i wouldnt wanna be the guy footin that fuel bill. I see how much we burn out to the farm and there aint a tractor over 80hp out there.

Yep. We added it upnone day and I could retire for life on a weekend fuel bill

Edit I looked it up to make sure the standard fuel cell is 2839 liters = 750 gallons. Rounded up but the optional which the had is 4922 liters = 1300.255 gallons. And cat bases their fuel tank for a 8 hour work day at full load. You can fit a cat 777 in the bed of the 793f

That's over 3 semi loads of diesel for 8 hours with 20 machines running. Do they run those things more than 8 hours a day?

At the time they were running 24 hours a day. Now they are all sitting waiting to be disassembled and last I heard possibly going to Colombia South America

Showed up at 5bros Saturday morning at 8am. By 9:30 we were at this point.

By 8pm Sunday

Still got some more to do. Doors, fenders, and front bumper tie in. Huge thanks to Mike for spending all weekend busting his butt to get it done and letting me crash on your couch.

That should look pretty good and work well. On the first version of mine I just had a single tube to the front bumper to act as more of a rub rail and now the front is 4" off level from not tying it in better at first.

That's the plan. I'm planning on doing a canvas top for it. Just enough to keep the weather off.

I'm still looking for ideas on door latches. The plan is 1" tube and 7/8 bolts for hinges. Open to suggestion on latches

Nice clean cage man, I built suicide doors for the front of my XJuggy, I use these pins for door latches.

No, that would be noisy as hell, I am pretty sure I just tweaked the all-thread that I used for hinge pin on the door. I flopped pretty hard on the drivers door at Hale and it has zero issues.
