I like those cars. The new ones are supposed to be even nicer.I heard Dodge shaved some weight off and added a few creature comforts for next years model. This is the spy photo I saw.

Well about 6 weeks ago I started with this

just a little Windsor, I have never tire a motor down and rebuilt it, took me a little while but I got it together

was really nervous today when I hit the switch, fired up and appears to run great, haven't driven it yet because new crossmember is just tacked together, to say I'm stoked is a understatement, I spent a lot of money on parts and hopefully it's gonna pay off

get a wide band O2 sensor and gauge on that engine ASAP. Those 19lb injectors are going to be pretty much maxed out with those good heads

Damn don't say that. Lol. My buddy who's a mustang guru said I should be ok with em. What type gauge do I need to hook up, fuel rail pressure? During cam break in it creeped up to 215 water temp but my timing was off. Haven't got to test it yet but it does get to 190 pretty quick Idling so guess I will check my plugs Thanks for s heads up

Airflow really wakes a 5.0 up. For a cheap upgrade on the intake get a late model explorer upper and lower. As a side note the explorer upper can be bored to take a 75mm throttle body

Not currently running any o2 sensors, last motor ran fine without them, and this is a Windsor, running truck lower, Bc bronco adapter to car upper and stock mass and tb, stock bottom end with a lunati bare bones cam. Seems to be pretty healthy

I thought i was the only one running efi with out O2 sensors. I run that old speed density junk on mine. Runs killer. Its not a power house tho
