I can't drink a lot of different beers. I'll try anything but as far as a drinking beer, Yuengling is my go to. It's a big step up from Bud Light that I drank for 15 years. I have a friend who was a bartender for 13 years and a beer fanatic. We have traveled all around and tasted beers from all over. He makes fun of me because of my pallet but I can't help what I like or what tastes good to me. :drinkers:

Haha I'm just giving you ****. It's not a terrible beer, just not really high on my list. Of course, I've never liked Bud Light either. Everyone's taste varies.

I lived in MN for a long time but not when I was even close to old enough to drink. Several years ago we went back for my grandmother's funeral. My brother and I were sharing a hotel room and the rest of the family went to bed early with the keys to the rental car, so we were kind of trapped with nothing to do in early Dec. height of winter. It was -20F outside but we wanted some beer and were only about 1/4 mile from the closest gas station to get some, so we figured we would hike through the 10' snow drifts to get it, it was only 1/4 mile, right?

It took us 30 mins to hike one way. When we got there my brother looked at me and pointed to my beard. I had snot frozen solid forming snotcicles down my upper lip, but my face was so numb I couldn't feel it. On the way back he fell into a drift and got wet. By the time we got back to the room his clothes were frozen so solid that they were cracking and the beer was frozen literally into solid blocks. We had to microwave it to drink it.

People down south have no concept of -20F. It is ungodly cold.

I don't miss the cold from when I was a kid in Northern Indiana but it's 6* here just North of Chattanooga and that's too damn cold for this far South. I'm ready for Spring.

We have some fairly cold winters but as I get older they suck more.

It's been several years since it got this cold. At least it's only for a couple days. My sister lives in Minneapolis and I want no part of that!!

My furnace blower fan.....and it's 9 degrees outside :)

Thank you previous owner for the natural gas space heaters, wood heater and the lack of maintenance on the current unit.

It was working a few weeks ago. Not going to say it was efficient, but it kept the house warm.
