I've had a few like that myself. My friends still give me **** about the couple they know about ;) but I always just tell them that the bad ones make you enjoy the good ones that much more.

Started welding my bead locks on tonight and hope they don't leak like hell :****: do I need to burn hotter? More/ less wire speed?

Your welds are fine! I always grind them down but leave an even lip about 1/16" tall all the way around so it locks the tire on.
 
I'd post a picture if i had one, but I grind the weld down to where its 1/16" taller than the ring surface, and make sure there are no low spots or gaps where air could leak out. It helps hold the tire and seal the bead.

I am guessing the bacon wrap is delicious, but can attest to the wonderfulness that are Stevo tomatoes. Kelly wouldn't touch them, but I was ok with a double share :dblthumb:

Ok, im worried. Im a good one hundred miles from you ,but I have a hunch that Saturdays high temp will affect us !
 
That buggy belongs to Aj the owner of King Knob. He only put those tires on for the big Trucks Gone Wild event they are having this weekend at King Knob.
