Always wanted a dual sport bike for traveling! I think the whole motorcycle traveling and camping thing is cool, because you can only carry so much on a motorcycle, so you have to sustain with the bare necessities. Some times I'd love to just take a weekend to myself, drive all day, find somewhere to camp in the woods, setup camp, build a fire, and have a few beers by myself just to get away.

Here's my old bike a few hundred miles into a 3 day trip, stopped at a friends house on the way to the mountains. Backpack with a change of clothes and water bladder, mini tent and sleeping bag on the back "rack"(cutting board), 1L Mtn dew spare gas bottle.

I'd like a xr, xt , klr etc and have a couple buddies to do day rides with. It'd be fun to meet up like we use to on sport bikes and ride back roads and light trails.

It's common for me to scour cl looking for a deal on one. I think I'd rather find a dinosaur xt600-650 yamahopper 80's color scheme and do a retro

Go ahead and plan to fit a 2 wheeler in on the budget. I'll have one next year. Gonna get another Yamaha Warrior. I'd like a good dual sport to see what that's about since I never really had one, but even the relaxed seating position on those won't work with my lack of knee flexion. Warrior is perfect combo of sporty and perfect leg position for me. I'm ready for some more day rides like you say! Some of the most fun times I ever had was with people I barely knew and grew to become great friends with time, riding all over and seeing new places. Life in a helmet behind handle bars on the open road is like nothing else.

I've been building a new trailer and I wanted to flip it over to finish the welds on the bottom. This is the process we came up with to get it belly up. I'd like to thank the T250 for doing all the work.

Now try and park it on top of the Mustang in the back and see how well it sticks to that. Mustangs barely make a good RTI ramp and that's about it.

There is a bad S shaped turn in front of our fire station. TWO different times a log has hauled ass around that turn and dumped 30 tons of trees all over the fire station driveway :****:
