This is a little inside of shot of where all the magic happens!! If ya ever have a chance to go by ORI's headquaters, I highly suggest it!! Couldn't ask for a better group of people, very helpful, treat you like family.. I spent an hour going on a tour of the place with the shop manager... I have never been so amazed at the way a business operates!! He showed me the process from a rack of tubing waiting to get cut on, all the way to a finished product!! I've never seen so much cool equipment in my life. ORI it's truly one amazing company. To think that Mark the owner, started doing this in his basement/garage is insane. It's kind of weird seeing every single part being made right there!! Not from some little China man with tiny hands.. Haha. Be first picture of the what looks to be 36" strut is a very old model that used to make, and I have no dam clue what would run that, monster truck? Mud truck? i'm about 6'2" and the damn thing was almost as long as I am. This is the internals of a strut that they have in the lobby.

Man, when we rebuilt mine in his basement I stayed in their sewing room that night and we went back to it the next day. Super cool people, that's why they are one of the few brands of offroad stuff I still sell. He's had that old DP3 laying around forever, in 08ish a monster truck guy was going to try them, and then flaked or something of the like. You ought to see his dirty digger he one off made in the 80's. Street bike motor, 4x4 go cart dune buggy rzr thing. Billet diffs for his ifs thirds, billet knuckles, everything actually. From scratch, 4x4 honda pilot pretty much. It was all cool but I was most amazed at the differential housings from scratch and the knuckles from scratch.

ORI is pretty great. Bombshell had the seals fail in one shock. I called them to ask about a seal kit and what tools I needed to rebuild. Their tech guy asked me when I bought them, which was over a year and a half ago. He told me they had some bad seals then and had since started using high temp seal. He sent me return labels and said he would rebuild all four of them for free because they want to make sure only good products are in the field. I was very impressed.

I understand that. Just bustin your balls. You can actually get into a tig fairly reasonable if you don't insist on having a miller or esab. Get a dc tig and you can do most things youll need. You can even do aluminum if you will run helium gas.

I love how people act like their brand of choice could never possibly break down. Its all junk. All of it. Ford v6 engines are not the highest of quality in my opinion. I have made a small fortune off of doing intake and head gaskets on gm 3.1, 3.4, and 3.8 motors. We damn sure don't even need to talk about dodge vehicles. We don't have that much time. And of course Toyota has never had a breakdown ever lol. Should we discuss Toyota v6 engines?
 
Outside corner on aluminum! This one is good, the rest I've done totally suck! The first bead I run on al is garbage then the second after the part is heated is good????

Yeah I was like blown away that my Ford could break.... I'm mean it's compromised of a bunch of moving parts that wear and tear moving at a high rate of speed how could my brand ever fail me right..

I used to go with my dad when I was a kid, to insurance auctions all over GA. Saw all sorts of sketchy setups like that happen. Dad's had to use some sketchy moves to get some of the vehicles he'd buy, home too lol.
 
Opened up the shop today and there wasn't enough room on the sides to park so I made my own spot

Saw this hard ass the other day.. Nothing says "I'm retarded" more than devil horns and a face mask like Hannibal Lecter off silence of the lambs... Wata tool bag. Has to be his sister on the back. Even the trashiest of all girls would surly laugh at this moron. :****: I wanted to tell him how cool his Honda Davidson was but he sped off to quick. Oh and he was so scary. Haha. I'm also thinking the flag had to represent buttpirate 4x4 :dunno:
