That's freakin awesome. My first build was a ZJ and I did the same thing. Only I lifted from the unit body down rather than from the axle up.

I used 6in lift front xj springs to get 8.5in on the rear. After I hacked the front so bad I just couldn't bring myself to do the same on the rear. Lol

Ding ding. I'm weird when I start thinkin bout somthin I wanna do.. Man I just ain't got the tools some of the others have.. I mean seriously, the omish have more badass tools than me ! Haha. I really think I could make some cool **** if i had cool tools, but I think of myself like "Norm" from Tha New Yankey workshop hahahah think he was the one with no power tools wasn't he? Haha.
And don't ask how i measured the 3" mark with no tape either.. Haha :woot:
But tha fellas are dead on, measured every 3 inches, put the same bend on it... All I could think of to make the curve I wanted. . :dunno:

Dam JD. Reminds me that I have about 4 codes to fix on mine. Glow plugs and somthing bout the dam coolant/ radiator. My "coolant low" light comes on and I have to add coolant evey once in a wile. **** ass. Sucks workin on somthing Ya don't wanna work on. Dam. Does it even run with O2 sensor out? I had one dam Ford in my life and it had O2 sensor out , it would run but wouldn't idle. U shoulda seen me at a redlight. HAhahah. Revin with foot on brake and when the light turned green I would launch that hunk of **** like I was racing. EVERY dam time I stopped. Haha
