Mo (rokcrler) did all the fab work ( I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out). I spent all last weekend cleaning, prepping, disassembling, taping, painting and so on. It was super tedious.

Still need to play with the shock pressures some..

X2 on what said above. I normally cross the front straps because there isn't much room in front of the rig. Keep them straight in the rear for the above reasons. If 1 breaks and they are crossed, itll try to pull the rig sideways, and then that strap can come loose, esp with nylon axle straps. I prefer chain axle straps, because I feel they will stay connected better if the straps get loose.

If ur worried about broken straps and ur rig pulling sideways then ur straps are junk or in one hell of a accident and the rig pulling sideways are the least of ur worries, ive seen people killed by taking shortcuts, i ordered 4 new axle straps this week, only 20 bucks off ebay, cheap insurance imho

Gr70 3/8" chain and ratchet boomers. Over the axle housing, down and outward (back on rear, forward on front).
I do use 2" ratchet straps on my Rzr. It is under 2k lbs though.

Dude, look at the pic. There are no straps, chains, or anything... He didn't even tighten up the winch cable hanging of the front. That Jeep was towed an hour and a half at 90 mph just like that :****:

Would it make you feel any better if I told you it didn't even have a driveshaft in the rear and the only pulling front tire was the one off the trailer so it wasn't technically even in park?
