That model t-bird want bring much in top shop! Maybe 10-15k if it was mint. Friend of mine just sold a low mileage, in storage for last 30 years version for around 5k.

I took my staff to Extreme Sandbox for a team building event, was fun playing with heavy equipment. I know some of you guys do it for a living, but it was fun to get folks who had never even been in equipment out there (me included).

Running a hoe is a **** load of fun until you hit that point where it becomes boring. I was never what I would consider an operator but I've ran some **** before and had some operators show me some valuable stuff and made me think about changing jobs but it's kind of like truck driving except you see the see the same small area too much. Dad says farming is just like truck driving in a much smaller area as well.

Yeah it was a **** ton of fun for 1/2 a day, but I could it getting boring kinda quick if I had to do it daily. Not taking anything away from operators, still a cool skill set to be able to do that stuff efficiently and make money at it.

Watching a kick ass operator is a lot of fun too. My equipment mentor when I was doing concrete made everything look so easy. That machine was just a part of his body.

The ones I've had were all made with molasses which is good on a biscuit but not so much with beer.

Tearing the pig down.

The hopes and dreams are to tear into the cab next week. Floor pans coming out, rockers getting patched too. Tweak the door hinges and clear this SOB. Not having a plasma is holding me back for sure.
