Nice! My buddy has that same one I do believe. The only issue he has had was the carb. He use to just shut off the throttle to kill the engine, until he let it sit for a month or two and the entire gas tank leaked through the carb and into the cylinder. The crankcase was full of gas.

Now he turns off the fuel petcock on the tank and lets it die.

Very good welder. I have 2. I love it with .045 dual shield 7100 for anything 3/16 and up, other has .035 hardwire. Workhorse. If you have to get a box machine, that or the old Miller 200 is the one to have. NOTHING goes wrong. Clean the contacts to keep the woodpeckering on cold start down. Bought an early S/N unit new in 2000 and another some time later. Last 250a mig you will need

I have a millermatic 200. How/where do I find the contacts to clean them?

unsure on the old miller, just take the case off and hit the trigger and see if you can figure out where the contacts come together to supply voltage to the stinger

Electric contact cleaner will probably work like a champ.

I just got tasked with breaking down these mill setups with the air handling and moving them 400 miles and putting them back together...... Looks like summer is going to suck they are freaking huge these pics don't do it any justice
