That's probably the mostest awesome place I've ever been. I was passenger the 3 times I've been, but I'd like to go and stay a week there and wheel.

Downtown Brewery is one of my favorite places to eat and drink, but if you stay too damn long you get the bill and fall out of your chair! I've found it's best to order food, couple beers, and :gtfo: You try to stay and get drunk with your buddies, it's higher than bird *****! :drinkers:

You can buy a race ready Classic for about $4500. I've been debating selling the Exploder and buying one. Hell, I can afford to do that every weekend as opposed to wheelin weekly.

$25 a piece for pit passes, maybe $30 in fuel, $20 at the Waffle House afterwards. I can think of way more expensive habits. :driving:

Its just junk. Thats all i can afford. I cant sit still to save my life. I have to have something to keep me busy.

The wife's 5.7 shat the bed on her way to work Thursday morning, Dmax to the rescue again. Thought it had spun a main but once I got it tore down found #8 had dropped a valve seat. Took both heads to the machine shop this evening but didn't get a picture. The head is pretty dinged up, seat material is embedded in the head and piston but most of it went out the exhaust. Got to decide if I am going to remove the piston, hone and replace or just clean up and Scotch brite the cylinder. Damn Dodge, had planned on spending my weekend at No Mercy 7!!!!! RTR

Damn Shawn...more trouble out of that Mopar crap huh....sorry bro

That sucks, I knew the 4.7 was bad about that. You may shove a shop vac hose down the exhaust to suck the parts off the cat if it still has them.

Ole rustbucket going in for rocker panel transplant tomorrow. Probably be a week or two before it's done, as they are going to make it low priority for cheaper labor rate. The plan is to cut out and replace full rockers on both sides, spray new rockers with Rock Guard like comes on the new trucks, then paint and be done. Said it should definitely be under a grand for total costs.

The donor.
