Sorry about your pumpkin spice. You and JD keep bringing up all the gay talk not me. Don't worry I'm not trying to take him from you or Tony Bolton. Y'all can have him. No fascination whatsoever with him but I do get a kick out of the stupid **** he posts. Just about everything he posts he or says he's not gonna sell or keep he does the complete opposite. I think it's funny and like to **** with them. Probably a nice guy other than the fact he voted for Gary Johnson :flipoff1:

Been working on a 64 Rambler a guy is building for the drag strip. Engine builder just finished the 496 BBC stroker. The car owner took the motor to a dyno shop today. Thought I would share.

Poolman was considering building a 496 for his buggy. This thing is serious. 647.38 hp @ 6000 and 600 lb. ft. @ 5500.

496 engine is a great combo, but I would ditch the 1970's tunnel ram and put a dart intake with a 1050 dominator, especially if he is going to bracket race it.

Or slide in an ole Weiand 177 supercharger. :woot: That 496 dad built was a beast after he put the supercharger on it. 5.60's in 1/8th on 10.5 slicks. I will always regret not driving that car.

Both are good recommendations and we were just talking about it at the shop. It would make much better power down low with a better intake. He is building this car in more of a gasser style with a straight axle and all. He wanted the tall intake without the money of the blower. Not my person choice but its not my money. Rear will be a ladder bar set up with QA1 coilovers. I think it will see more rod runs than strip time once its built but he says its going to the track. We did build a cage, ran 1.5×3 box tubing for frame supports and completely rebuilt the front frame rails. The rear subframe has been plated inside and out from in front of the rear tires to the bumper. I will get some pics of the chassis work when he finishes blasting the underside. The class he is wanting to race in requires original frame rails so we had to leave them while making the car strong enough to handle the motor. I have never messed with anything with this much power so its a good thing I'm just a wrench turner and gopher.

Been an awesome couple weeks being a newb to hockey. He's picked it up quicker than we thought, doing pretty good! Last picture is RJ and his lil hockey buddy with Cody Hodgson of the Predators who is a regular guest coach for us.

**** she does good to drink 2 or 3. She doesn't drink much or even desire to drink much, but will every now and then. She is a health nut, diet and exercise. Not me...lol.

Same here. The misses rarely drinks, exercises, eats healthy. Then there's my fat ass who eats everything and drinks beer 18-30 at a time.

I gained weight when I quit drinking. Diet did not change at all, just started getting fat.

On another note we had pizza at a local joint today for my kids birthday and they had 40 something beers on tap and another 50 or so in bottles. a feller would get hammered trying beers to figure out what he was going to drink to get hammered :dunno: Doesn't anybody just drink Natty Light anymore?!?

I got a free 4 wheeler this summer from my father in law kind of the same deal. It sat in the yard for 5 years and all it needed was a fuel pump. This is it when I got it fixed and painted
