I got a free 4 wheeler this summer from my father in law kind of the same deal. It sat in the yard for 5 years and all it needed was a fuel pump. This is it when I got it fixed and painted

Its good you use a low weight to warm up and avoid injury ;D

Yeah, umm... that was my warmup. Lol.

I'm a *****. Haha. I just started deadlifting about 3 weeks ago. That was my best so far. 315 2x3 after doing 275 3x6.

I'm just busting your chops that's good after 3 weeks. If I could ever stay consistent I would make gains, I just can't keep my schedule. I love dead lifting, I think it is one of the best tests of how strong a person really is. Got a goal?

Oh I knew you were just kidding. It's all good man. Lol.

I don't have really have a weight goal per say, just trying to get strongest and build more muscle. I'd be more than happy with being in the 450-500 range. I've always been a big guy, and I've lifted on and off for years. I'd just gotten lazy, but finally got motivated again and plan on sticking with it this time. I'm already seeing how great deadlifts are, I can see a difference in my back and shoulders in just these few weeks.

Apparently this 20 dollar spring will destroy high gear in a 800s. And Fyi you have to buy the entire main shaft in the trans to get the gears.

Yea it worked great I hit every thing with purple power and scotch bright pad. I painted my little girls 4 wheeler about a year and a half ago and it's still holding strong

It's actually Montlake and Signal mountains. 15 minutes from my house. Whole town smells like smoke. Lookout mountain is worse, 59 was smokey when I came through Saturday night and they expect around 200 acres to burn. They are all around here.
