Yes sir. Celebrating a good day with Nan. Such a trooper and such a good person. I am already ready for another lunch date after the 1st. She and John were always easy to talk to and so welcoming to such a weirdo.

I'm glad you're spending time with her. I think that's pretty cool. :dblthumb:

It fits him, I picked it because of his color, but now that he is older, I think he might be a little mentally challenged lol

One day at the time. Two things I can pass on: don't say I am sorry for your loss and don't say if there is anything I can do. Besides that, she has been staying really busy and tackling everyday with the grace that most great women possess. I feel blessed to get to stop in and that she is gracious enough to have me. One day I will figure out how not to say I'm staying for half hour and leave 3.5 hours later.

Ole Chebby bout to get a tunes upgrade.

[Internet fanbois]OMFG KICKER SUCKS WHATTA BUNCHA TRASH....SHOULDA BOUGHT (INSERT THIS MONTH'S HOT NAME)!!!![Internet fanbois]

That said....I love Kicker products. Great value for the money.

I had a complete Infiniti Pro Audio setup in the Mustang and it cost a lot of money. I decided to try kicker back when I had a Ford Explorer daily driver so I just bought some regular off-the-shelf coaxial and some CVR tens and it was absolutely amazing for like a quarter of the cost.

With that knowledge I put a set of kicker six by nines in the back of Dad's old Cuda and there is no need for a subwoofer back there!

With the right components and crossovers, most folks don't need big amps and subs. Use the speakers for the range they are intended for and don't send extra power to them that isn't needed. Music that sounds good is good.....loud does not necessarily mean good. RZR folks, pay attention.

the motor you see here is a stock mustang motor. I bought a bunch of foxbody parts from this guy and this is what I was after. I'm gonna put it on my motor which is a 302 cobra motor with big ported heads a b303 cam 1.73 rockers it runs great now but should be badass after bolting on this :woot: It already spins the tires so fast that they grow a few inches I'm pretty sure I'm gonna have to go 2" ouversons :dunno:

I used to always be a Pioneer door speaker fan boy til I put some in my old 3/4 ton and it didn't sound much better than stock. I put some of these Kickers in my Saturn a couple years ago along with a cheap Memphis PR 10" I bought from a buddy, and have been impressed. The Kicker speakers sounded way better than any Pioneer door speakers I had before. Also tried some Eclipse door speakers back in the day, wasn't impressed.

That 02 Z06 I had a few years ago probably had the best system in it that I have had. I bought the car from my buddy and he spent a lot of time woring for a good amp to push all the speakees in the car, then a separate amp and slim 10" sub in the trunk. Metal/rock music like I listen to sounded like you were at a fawkin concert. That is definitely the way to go, but I don't have the patience for a full rewire, nor do I want to spend that much on audio anymore.

yes I have the motor now but it needs the crank fixed and two rods and two pistons and it's fixed. It was in a drag car that ran 5.80s it was a healthy beast

I may have a couple h beam 5.95 rods left over ....

I tried finding the dog picture thread that I think exist on here but had no luck doing it with Tapatalk.

Anyways I had to have this dude put down. Had him 4 years and he passed away at 8. Some friends found him while they were out wheeling and he was about to starve to death. Got passed around because he had no house manners and would piss in the house all the time. Started out as my shop dog and 4 years later he was pretty much wherever I was inside the house or outside. It sucked to make the decision to pull the plug especially around the holidays but it had to happen.

I'll be on the search for another Redbone pup or a German Shorthair Pointer pup if anybody knows any breeders and I'd be willing to road trip it for one that comes from a really good home.
