My daughter caught some interesting stuff down here. Way different than the bass, trout and catfish that she's used to. P.s. don't mind the glove, I've never come across most of these fish so I wanted to avoid getting stabbed unexpectedly.

Most of what we eat is Venison. If you haven't tried it like that with cream cheese and jalapenos , you should !!!

I ate so much deer in colledge I cant stand it anymore but two ways..1. The way you mentioned above and 2.Fried on a sammich with mayo and purple onion.
