What they call a stage 1. Programmer,pipes,air cleaner, all dyno tuned. Then it has some cool led lights along the back of the bags for extra stop/turn signals. At 107ci stock power is plenty for most coming from smaller or older bikes.

For sure. I wouldn't doubt if my Nomad didn't have but maybe 60hp Lol It's a slug compared to the two Warriors I had. The Warriors are some bad machines for cruisers.
 
Saw this headed through Nashville up 65n the other day. I didn't recognize it. The back half kinda reminded me of the Joe dirt buggy. Anybody know if he's on here?

That's the big Agnes buggy. Don't know who it is. Just remember the name because it's different looking.

I don't think we have. Yours was sharp. I thought about buying it.

I love them because they handle surprisingly well for a cruiser. They stop excellent for a big bike and they are fast enough to still have a little fun on. I looked at a couple before I bought the fury I have now. I've just always liked the way the fury looked and needed something slow enough to keep me out of trouble with these ridiculous Florida laws. The fury does not handle or stop well and isn't comfortable for more than an hour at a time.

This was the warrior. I know the exhaust is fugly but I didn't put it on.

Nice, always liked the gray warriors! My first one was that gay blue/purple color. Has a 2 into 1 cobra exhaust similar to yours. I hated it. That red and black one with the Vance and Hines exhaust was fawkin badass looking though. Bullet fairing and custom paint set that thing off.

I always wanted to fully customize one like the last pic below, but never wanted to stop riding long enough to do any major work like that to one.

Just what I consider normal. oil changes, coolant flush, tires, brakes, plugs. Only unusual thing was a bad decal popping after the V&H exhaust. Got that fixed, though.

I have the V&H exhaust too. Took baffles out and removed the fiberglass packing then reinstalled, sounds great. Definitely could use a fuel controller, I have been wanting a batwing stereo fairing and keep putting off buying a fuel controller. What did you use to fix it? Read a little on the Ivans reflash but think I'd rather have a plug and play device.

Unless you do an intake mod, you don't need the fuel controller. I removed the air injection solenoids that force air into the exhaust and cause the popping sounds. The intake mod is worth it though, it's about 15 hp and 20 ft-lb of torque. When I had mine, Techlusion DFI was about the only game other that the powercommander.

Yeah mine's not bad enough for a fuel controller to be absolutely necessary but it does have quote a bit of popping on decel, sometimes some nice loud pops in between shifts. Never heard of the intake mod, might be something I read up on. While I've gotten over the lack of power the Nomad has compared to previous bikes, it's still fun to ride and I get my thrills in the curves anyway where power is not as much of a factor. I was surprised how nimble it was for a big bike when I first got it.

Edit: ah, did some brief research, you are referring to the Chucksters Big Air Kit? The red and black Warrior I had last had a big air kit on it. (Was on it when I got it). But I know what you are talking about now. Didn't realize it added that much power. 15/20 is pretty significant over stock numbers.

The Vulcan gadget link I shared a couple of posts up has a LOT of info to sort through. Look at the "Bolt on Harder" link and there is a comparison dyno chart for the 1500fi and other discussion about cheap air cleaner mods to give it a try.

I browsed through it, looked like lots of neat stuff to read up on. Definitely gonna give it a more in depth gander when I have time. Mine is a 1600 fi.
