Chassis was some old 4x4 oil field thing or some other big ass 4x4 deal that he set the body on and put big ass tires on. Yup south side of 70 about 30 minutes east of Kansas City MO
 
Starting at 110k. Don't see these around these parts very often. Sounds expensive for an ugly sedan.

Speaking of rare cars, I saw one of these the other day where I live. May not have been exact model as pic, but looks like what I saw. It's a Hyundai Equus. Loaded out, nearly $70k price tag, looks like a high end BMW or Mercedes. All it had on it was the emblems in picture below on steering wheel. I had no idea what the car was, but remembered what the emblem looked like and Googled (imagine that) car emblem with wings and searched til I found it.

Nice as **** inside.

I've seen a couple of those on the road and thought damn what in the world is that thing and I did the same thing... Googled it and was like holy ****!
 
I just think it's crazy that it keeps going up. 8-10% is average on a good day. **** will probably be -4% next year haha

I'm at a week today. not long, but got a lot of lookers. I already closed on another house in Central KY, just ready to call that one home.

If it's anything like when me and several of my friends who have bought new houses over the past year, you can expect it to not REALLY be sold for another 3-4 months. Unless they got Tony Bolton stacks and pay with cash munny. Haha. It took us 4 fawking months to buy our new house. I never cussed so much in my life.

This is my neighbor and he has tb money, he called me cussing me for not telling him I was selling, I live on a dead end road and it was a great neighborhood but last few years riff raff has moved in and he's had enough, told me no damn way in hell another welfare bum was moving in
I looked at my new house on a Sunday and wax signing papers on Monday, it's been 3 weeks total and should close In less than 30 days the bank said, I went conventional and had 20% down so it sped the process up, it's all at the underwriters now

CHM! LOL. We did an FHA loan, already had a USDA loan on my old house that I'm renting out now, or that would have been the way to go. Had I'd know how that was gonna go earlier, I would have moved what's left on my old house over to a conventional loan through my local bank then got a USDA load on new house, no down payment, no private mortgage insurance, would have saved me a good bit. But we made it alright and living very comfortable now so I'm happy with how it worked out. 20%, **** if I had 20% of what a house cost, I'd go spend it on something dumb like a rock crawler..... :flipoff1:
 
I did make the joke earlier today to Trucker that I feel like I hit the lotto since I got out of wheeling. molaugh
