You probably want to stay at least 50 yards away from my rig then.....Or you'll be educating me all day long. ;D

My last rig i called helen keller because the welds were so bad. But nothing broke after 5 years of beating. Picked it up second hand and just beat on it to get into wheeling.

So a guy that has a rig with bad welds tells a guy who owns his own off road fab shop his welds suck?

Thats what a mig weld should look like. Toes of weld tied in nice and smooth and not cold lapped. Again just trying to educate people on proper weld. I have seen numerous rigs broke down on trails with trusses twisted off or something where a mig weld failed because of cold lap. I do own my own welding business and hold multiple certification for welding through the pipe fitters union. Id be more then happy to work on it for you.

I am no fabber and can only weld on a 2nd or 3rd grade level but want to learn as much as I can so tell me this, were you going to finish that weld up and wrap that edge or is leaving it like that a secret I need to know?

It was a used rig that he bought so he didn't weld it together. I'm sure the WeRock buggy won't look like his last one.

The edge was finished by the up hill weld on the side
