They have some of the 23s with night sights.

My Glock 22 has night sights, the 23 I bought does not. Either are fine for me. If I have to shoot at night, I'll fire up the pistol light. When I went to buy the 23, both that they brought out had standard sights. I wish I had bought another one. I shot the LC9s Pro today at the range, as well as the 23. My LC9s Pro jammed twice, one misfeed, one failure to eject. Casie's LC9s also jammed once, a failure to eject. She bought hers new, mine was used when I bought it, neither have been taken apart and cleaned. We've shot both a few times and never had either jam, but always used Federal and Winchester ammo. Today we bought and shot Fiocchi 9mm ammo, so that could have been why they jammed.

Of course the Glock never jammed... Glocks are like Toyotas of guns. I'd like to sell my LC9s and buy a Glock 43 single stack 9mm.

Haha it was in her hands takin all them pics. That was Larry's Pistol and Pawn in Huntsville. Never went to a range before, it was pretty fun, will def go back. When I bought that 23 Thurs, my damn license expired in January and I didn't know it, so they couldn't sell it to me. So I gave em $100 to hold it, got license renewed, went back and got the gun today and tried out the range. Will bring my ear muffs next time, theirs suck. Was sooo ****ing loud in there.

My lc9s won’t shoot any ammo that is “long” OAL.

No 147gr will feed and a lot of 124gr fmj/ball won’t either because the bullets are just too long for the super short/steep feed ramp. Apparently it’s a common problem with most sub compact 9mms, but most people shoot 115gr fmj at the range.

Before you buy another Glock. Try a Sig P320 and thank me later! Was the best glock fan until I shot a p320.

Tons of variables that can cause failure to feed stove pipes etc. A Limp wrist is one of them but usually it's something else the gun or the ammo

These were 115 gr. When one of them was feeding, it went all the way straight up vertical and the slide caught it when it was closing, never seen that happen before. Seen handguns jam like that with shells upon ejection but never seen a new bullet completely miss the feed ramp and try to exit the top. Recreated with my Glock in pic below.

I believe that the pistol can jam because it is not being held correctly. I bought my wife a glock 42, I can shoot it all day and not have it jam, it would jam quite often when she first started shooting it due to inexperience/limp wrist.

When given the choice of night sights or not for the same price. I chose night sights. Had to look through several to find one.

I didn't think to ask. When I go back over there to the leg doc Thursday, I'm thinking hard about seeing if they have another one.

As for the jamming, one of the times Weston was shooting it, so limp wrist def could have been why. It only jammed once with me, when it fed weird and tried to go out the top, I had done shot 60-70 rds between the two guns myself, so I may have been getting limp wristed too and not realizing it.

Its a 43 MW Brush Gen, connected to a GE LM6000 Aeroderivative Turbine

I meant like in a power plant or what? Kinda hard to tell much about it from pic.


That's cool, before I moved into Shipping, I worked in Parallel Rings then worked in Stator Coil dept for Siemens Energy. This is one of our generators without the rotor installed, stator assembly only. I have been a part of building many stator coils and exciter/turbine end basket assemblies that are in power plant generators all over the world. My favorite job was building the parallel rings that are pictured around the outside of the nearest end of the generator in the pic. That's the exciter end basket assembly. I miss manufacturing some days, less bull**** and cooler work, but I have a pretty gravy job now in Shipping.

We build all the generator components and ship it all to our Charlotte Plant for final assembly.

I don’t know how settled down a lsx 468 ( I think that’s the right ci) is but yes the old blower motor was rowdy!
