All this from 1 tire, for reference that's a 44" bogger. About 25 lbs of rubber

I did the same to my half bald 38.5 tsl, sidewalls and all, was almost 15 per tire by the time I got into the cords. 4-5 rides and still going strong with nylon sticking out all over the place :driving:

Got any before/after pics?
Easily doubled the tread. And I'm probably going to bolt 2 of them.

I butchered the first one, much easier now after a torch, a multi tool and redline diesel let me borrow his van alstine 1000

Edit.. nothing some bolts and a tube can't fix :****:

A few pics of a nice little unit we finished up for a guy this past week. It rolled in with a 6.2 diesel and rolled out with a fresh 468 BBC, new 700r4, Dana 60 front, Sterling rear, new exhaust and fuel system.

A 6.2 like an old chevy 1980's unit? it has/had a cummins badge, just to confuse people or was there a 6.2L cummins?

Haha....you are correct. It had a 6.2 diesel out of a 80's Chrevolet pickup. Not sure how or why the Cummins badge ever made it on the Scout. We were always a little disturbed by it but that is all on the owner. We asked him if he wanted us to take it off and he said he may later but to not worry about it. :dunno:

Yep had here when we bought our house. I knew before we closed on the house I was cutting them the first we were moved in. A nice storm Rolled while the day we closed on the house/ move and put a couple on my nice wooden fence. Cut them all or spend a ton of time or money keeping them trimmed back.
