Marc, plans to get a 35 spline outer in there?

Eventually yes. For now plan is to build it so it's as easy a swap as possible so I have as little down time as possible. 44 is holding up OK but I think I've pushed it a bit farther than I should, thus the replacement axle.

If anyone knows a midget hunting a truck, recommend a Dodge, I have never seen a seat go up this far!

My question was more, how do you, meaning you have to bore the UB to accept anything over 30.

My buddy runs an 04 SD 60. With non sticky 43s and he could barely drive it without breaking a 30 spline stub behind a stock 5.3l, atlas 3.8 and 4.10s. I chucked the stock UBs up in my lathe and took out a little with a boring bar and then more in the bearing recess to replace with a 1.5 bushing. I didn't even break the bearings down. They have been working perfectly. We stuck a Nitro 4340 stub/flange kit in and I have been surprised he hasn't broken a stock inner with a few beatings.

I know it's needed but my weak little 4L on 38s should be fine for a while. If not I know where several 50s are and I'm pretty sure they use the same stubs.

When I was doing construction sales i couldnt tell you how many of them ****ers i pulled out of my truck tires. The worst one i got was a subfloor screw that went through. sombitch was like 3-1/2" long.

has blown turd video in you tube with same dyno graph, say its chevy in a jeep and gives 2014 year dyno video of someones jeep :wtflol: :wtflol: :stir: :stir:
