When the glue doesn’t set all the way and the GC is rushing because you have an inspection the next day. That was only 100psi on it and luckily nobody was in the room

Our water line coming from meter has 100 psi on it. Pretty stupid I think, a lot of people had to put regulators on their meters cause it was blowing lines apart, I have a expansion tank

Thats insane. If a one inch line burst at 100 PSI it would shoot water 100 feet at least.

Ours is the same. With an unregulated outside spigot, you about don’t need a pressure washer. I have a 75 psi reg on the incoming to the house just so the shower doesn’t hurt.

Not uncommon to see over 200psi on residential water services in Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas. Most homes here have a pressure regulator. Expansion tanks are code required but are more for water heaters, as water heats in a closed system the water expands creating more pressure, thus the reason for an expansion tank. Toilets, faucets, fixtures etc are happy between 45-65psi. Anything over 80 can cause failures, leaks, running toilets etc

I have had good luck with my Jana 70 kit so far headed into my 5th year. Not sure if all the kits come with a load bolt but definitely worth putting in while you have it a part.
