Powder coat prep ?

I'm building some bumpers for my truck . I will be having them powder coated, but my question is about the blending of the seams. I hit them with a 60 grit flap wheel, is that fine enough or will the marks show through the powder?

It will still need to be bead blasted, once that happens it will take the flapper wheel marks out.
