Got invited to do a little wheelin up walker on Monday with a few friends. It looks like I will most likely be able to go. Was just throwing this out there if anyone else may be interested.

Sounds like there might be 3-4 rigs + me.

Unofficial time/meetup place is Arlington McChevron at 8am. To be at walker when we get there. Standby for updates. Best way to get a hold of me is by text 425.446.9372

I have to work.. But I do get off at 5:30am... Should probly be able to make it... If I'm lucky, I'll break something that I have to fix before elbe next weekend! ;-)

Meet up time changed to 8am at Arlington McChevron. Depending on how long we hang out before we head up to walker it could be 9am or after by the time we get there.

I'll have my White SAS'ed 4runner

Fun day we had. The first half we kept in one big group and the second half everyone broke into smaller groups and spread out.

Phil damn near flopped it over while breaking another birfield in the process (whats new haha) :flipoff:

Phil and I ended up helping a quad rider that walked probably a good 3 miles in the snow before finding us after getting his quad stuck somewhere up north.

Had no idea where we were after that and managed to find our way back to familiar trails. Does anyone know where to get a new or the most up to date map for walker? I have the one off of the DNR website from 2009 and I'm sure it's changed since then.

Sometime in the day the front end on my runner started making noise and weird vibrations while in 4wd. Both front tires still had power so I donno what it is. I'll have to tear it apart.

I'll post a few pictures up Tuesday

There are trails that are not sanctioned that wont be on the map, but nothing has changed much since 09 other than Ron's run and a little logging. The maps are borderline useless anyway .

I love a good day of broken glass!!! But the guy in the explorer should have stopped and picked up what he could have of the broken glass before the rest of the group tramps it into the trail...

Yea... None of us thought about that when we were up on the trail... And I was up ahead, my passenger had my phone for filming...

Will make a point to go back there and clean it up next time I go.
