Programer for a 5.7 gas burner

Is there a programer that I can get to program tire size and shif paterns for when I am towing? I wouldn't mind buying one if it works. 5.7 gas burner

Not a chip a programer like they have for the 5.3's

Diablo makes a good one for the 350 vortecs that allow parameter changes for tires and gears. I would get a custom tune from wheatleys or wait4meperformance. They will send you a new computer box custom programed for your truck for 1/3 the cost of the Hypertech/Diablo stuff.
