He will be getting 35 spline stubs in his neer future. I just hope he saves the unit bearing so I can bore them for the shafts when that comes.

The whole Jeep is a work in progress. I don't think he will be doing any 60 in the rear. He has been sold on the 14 bolt anchor. The Jeep needs to be family friendly soon as that is what he wants. There will be no backhalves here.

Ya I was going to say sounds like 64" cause thats what I did on the KKK jeep. Very cool work Tom and Karl, sounds very functional and just a hair different then all the others. I like the idea of using unit bearings but I personally dont have the ability to bore or machine them to work. Anyway... rig looks awesome.

Took my junk out to walker yesterday. Chad and Jaime came with. Was surprised that there weren't that many folks there.

The Jeep worked fantastically. The only problem we found was I need to shorten the limiting straps a little bit. The drivers coil came out of the top mount on a crazy line that Chad had me going up.

Aside from the coil coming out every line I pointed the rig up it crawled right up it. Having front dig really helps in places. I put on a clinic at the top of the trail with the "log pile" on it. Glad I could show off for the crowd. :D

The new tires kick ass. I was running them at 10 psi and might go a few psi lower for future wheeling.

Few things I might add (cutting brake for the rear and a larger PS pump) but aside from that the rig kicks ass. :awesomework:
